I want to thank you for taking the time to review this very special website. It is truly a collection of information based on love and care for those who are less fortunate and in need.

The pictures you will see and information described reflect a small portion of the benefits for abandoned children and the satisfaction that so many of us have gained by being involved with this project. The City of the Children of Matamoros A.C. Mexico is an expression of the love and generosity of so many people. It is a very special project to me, because I too was an orphan who has benefited from the love and support of people who care.  It is my sincere hope that someday the orphans that benefit from The City of the Children of Matamoros Mexico A.C. will be blessed with the ability to give back to those in need.

I have been blessed to have a wonderful wife who has joined me in working at the orphanage and establishing "The John and Cindy Shinsky Charitable Endowment," which will help fund the orphanage on an ongoing basis.
